About the role:
As Proposal Coordinator, you will join DRA Global in the Perth Office on a full time Permanent basis. You will report directly into and work closely with our Proposals Manager, you will contribute to our Proposals, Marketing & Communications, and Strategy efforts within the Origination Team across our APAC region through:
- Lead the coordination, development, and execution process of proposal activities
- Organising and participating in proposal development and review meetings
- Assisting Strategy & Growth initiatives with market research as required in support of proposal strategy development
- Assisting in all functions relating to Pre-Contracts activities
- Ensure branding and written compliance of tender response and final preparation of tender submissions
- Formatting, editing and proof reading of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Proposal submissions
- Responsible for the upload and accuracy of pursuits through the DRA CRM system
- Oversee the development and coordination of the proposals library and database
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering is highly advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years experience in technical document writing/preparation
- Knowledge of the mineral processing/mining industry is highly advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Indesign) and Salesforce (or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Current Rights to Work in Australia
