The world of prop-tech and database marketing can be confusing and time consuming for agents, so the job of our prospecting partner is to help our agents with prospecting their database, lead generation through social media and preparing digital appraisals. This job would suit a real estate administration person who is more interested in more of the marketing elements of support.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role is to support our sales team with key tasks including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Social media ads
- EDM generation
- Investigation into AI
- Database digital marketing
- Digital appraisal generation
Skills and experience
- Previous experience working in real estate or administration is desirable
- A polite & confident telephone manner
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer and literacy skills
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- The ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- An interest in developing skills in the areas of social media and digital marketing
