An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Brokers Assistant to join a boutique Mortgage Brokers firm in Como, WA. If you are hands on, have a strong attention to detail and thrive in a busy environment then this is the role for you.
Role responsibilities:
- Delivering optimum client experience through supporting end-to-end processes from initial client contact to loan settlement
- Manage the end-to-end Process from Work Order Received to Settlement, including obtaining documents from clients, handling finance applications, securing unconditional finance approvals within specified timeframes, and ensuring timely settlements.
- Collaborate with customers to gather necessary information and supporting documents for loan applications
- Collaborate with the Broker effectively.
- Ensure the quality of all finance applications submitted and verify compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to Directors ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
- Maintain effective communication with partners, lenders, and settlement agents to facilitate the loan application process
- Screen and handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests. All statistics, reporting, and paperwork accurately according to the standards specified by Management.
Experience and skills:
- At least 3-4 years experience in a Brokerage Support role with a strong understanding of bank processes.
- A good level of experience in using and managing internal business systems; Aviator Finch, Infinity, Middle.
- Proven ability to be adaptable in a busy environment.
- High analytical skills to meticulously assess financial documents and match suitable financing solutions.
