Psg Hydraulic Mining Shovel Specialist Supervisor

Our Project Support Group (PSG) department are seeking a Hydraulic Mining Shovels (HMS) Specialist Supervisor to lead and provide technical support to a team of HMS specialists assigned to projects on CAT 6020, 6030, 6040 & 6060's. The HMS Supervisor will provide customer feedback on any identified deficiencies within the project or task delivery or work scope ensuring product issues are resolved within a timely manner.
The role will require you to conduct site visits to discuss and review WesTrac specialist personnel performance and ongoing customer support process.
Location: Guildford & Various mine sites as required for Project Support $20K Commute to Site Allowance
Roster: 5/2 10.5HRS (Permanent Full-Time)
To be successful the following is required:

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills as a Supervisor.
• Previous experience within Field Service environment as well as mine site experience.
• Strong Technical Aptitude on CAT Hydraulic Mining Shovel equipment.
• Flexibility and Willingness to travel to site as required for Project Support purposes.
• HD Mechanical Background.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
• OEM dealership experience is advantageous.
• Highly developed attention to detail and a high degree of technical skill.
