The Service and Role
The Maroondah Mobile Support and Treatment service (MMSTS) has exciting opportunities for:

You are an experienced and enthusiastic Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse, and will provide high quality intensive case management services and assertive outreach support to people experiencing mental ill health utilising a recovery-oriented model of care.
MMSTS offers community recovery orientated services, consultation, assessment and treatment and support to people with experiencing mental ill health, their carers and families, between the ages of 16 and 64 who live in the Municipalities of Maroondah, Knox and Yarra Ranges seven days per week.
MMSTS is co-located with the Murnong, Yarra Ranges Continuing Care Teams, Maroondah Psychiatric Assessment Recovery Centre (PARC), Maroondah Community Care Units, at the Murnong Clinic in Ringwood East. About you
To be successful in this role you will possess skills in
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills in all professional domains of practice.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team and autonomously.
- Strong commitment to high quality patient care.
- You must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Liaison and interface between multiple services.
- Commitment to supervised practice, ongoing professional development and further developing skills in clinical mental health.
- Practice in accordance with the recovery principles as outlined in the ‘Framework for recovery-oriented practice” (Department of Health 2011).
- Work a 7-day rotational roster, 365 days per year, two shifts within the hours 8.30am – 8.30pm.

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
