The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and highly driven Client Services Coordinator to join an amazing team on a full time permanent basis.

Your duties may include:

• Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
• Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
• Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO 
• Maintain and update software systems with client information
• Collation of financial statements and tax returns
• Preparing letters 
• Executive Assistant matters for the directors and partners

About You

• Client Services experience within an Accounting practice would be advantageous
• APS and CAS 360 experience would be highly regarded
• Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
• Good attention to detail
• Able to build rapport with clients
