The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and highly driven Client Services Coordinator to join an amazing team on a full time permanent basis.
Your duties may include:
- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters
- Executive Assistant matters for the directors and partners
- Client Services experience within an Accounting practice would be advantageous
- APS and CAS 360 experience would be highly regarded
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work from home 1-2 days a week after probation period
