As a Telepsychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population through telemedicine. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and treat patients with ADHD and general adult psychiatry conditions
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms.
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for patients
- Work with GP's to provide medication management and adjustments as needed.
- Offering psycho education and support to patients
- Collaborating with other members of the health care team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system.
- Staying current on the latest developments in psychiatry and telemedicine.
- Medical degree
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Experience in telepsychiatry or a strong interest in practising via telemedicine.
- Psychiatrist who needs to bill under Area of Need, welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct.
