Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to fortify our esteemed sales team. As the Business Development Manager for “Tribez Aluminium Solutions” and “Tricon Steel Industries”, you will lead sales endeavours, fostering growth and market expansion across Victoria. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, architects, builders, and developers to promote our top-tier products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to surpass sales targets and revenue objectives for both “Tribez Aluminium Solutions” and “Tricon Steel Industries”.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the commercial and residential construction sectors across Victoria.
- Foster enduring relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing and nurturing leads for potential clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics effectively.
- Craft persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and forge new partnerships.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in sales roles within the construction industry, with a preference for specialisation in Aluminium Windows and Doors/Light Gauge Steel Manufacturing.
- Profound understanding of the commercial and residential construction markets in Victoria.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation coupled with a drive for exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel, with readiness for interstate travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Existing contacts in the construction industry that can add value will be prioritised.
Benefits:
- Probationary Period (3 Months): Competitive base salary of $90,000.00 Annually + Super + Commission.
- Post-Probationary Period: Competitive base salary of up to $120,000.00 Annually + Super, negotiable based on Performance, Experience and Qualifications + Commission.
