You are invited to join our new Allied Health team based in Windsor that delivers a diverse range of supports to a mixed caseload of participants. You will be an integral part of our trans-disciplinary team of professionals, committed to person and family centred practice and provide best practice and evidence-based intervention to children and adults with developmental delay and disability. You will build and maintain positive and professional relationships with individuals, families and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes related to their discipline.

What success looks like...- Direct and consultative services are provided to a diverse group of adults and children with a disability, their families and supporters.
- Administer dynamic assessments using a range of tools and approaches.
- Assist people and families to identify their individualised priorities, set measurable goals and support informed decisions.
- Design and deliver individualised and flexible therapy plans and intervention centred around the person’s aspirations and define clear outcomes.
- Worked closely alongside other members of the Allied Health team to provide a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary service.
- Provide information about relationships, behaviour, cognition, emotional regulation and social skills to people and their supporters.
- Provided education to people, families, team members and other stakeholders on Psychology topics.
- Provided services within the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Worked independently and was able to exercise independent judgement on routine matters. Sought professional supervision if required when performing novel, complex, or critical tasks.

- Bachelor of Psychology
- Current AHPRA registration - full registration.
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for customer visits.
