Join our dynamic team as a Psychologist, contributing to the multidisciplinary service focusing on children from birth to preschool entry and their families.
Southern Early Childhood and Family Services at GP Plus Centres in Marion, Noarlunga, and Aldinga focus on children (birth to preschool) at risk of developmental delays. Their team delivers family-centred interventions which cover child development, parent-child relationships, and parental well-being.
About the Role:
As the Psychologist, you will be instrumental in the development, delivery, and evaluation of Early Childhood-focused Clinical Psychology services in collaboration with our inter and transdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
Developing, providing, and evaluating high-quality Clinical Psychology services with a focus on Early Childhood within an interdisciplinary context.
Conducting assessments and implementing therapeutic interventions to address the needs of children and their families.
Contributing as an experienced Clinical Psychology member to a multi-disciplinary regional/district team, fostering a positive environment of teamwork and effective communication.
Assisting in the education and training of student Clinical Psychology and students from other disciplines.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in providing Clinical Psychology services, particularly in the Early Childhood context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality management.
