We operate from a holistic framework that incorporates a supportive and caring person-centred approach balanced with the understanding of real-world requirements.We are currently seeking a Psychologist to join our team on a full time basis (Part time may be an option for the right candidate) working from our Melton office. You will need to be motivated, inspiring and an accessible individual who can pursue outcomes for clients and contribute to the overall performance of the office where you will be based. You will be flexible and adaptable and be able to manage shifting work priorities.Your role will include:Working with diverse clients to support recovery and achieve positive client lead outcomesWorking within an evidence-based practice model – providing clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, development of support case plans and return to work plans, in addition to supporting the implementation of these plansEstablishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of treating multidisciplinary specialists, community groups, employers, customers and government agenciesDelivering and providing support to other staff via training in relation to dealing with clients who have mental health and physical barriers to employmentImplementation and facilitation of an innovative treatment/training program to assist candidates to overcome their barriersMonitoring outcomes and contributing to the development of internal resourcesWhy VOICE?Opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s livesBe a member of a growing national team of cliniciansEnjoy diversity in your workOpportunity to be financial awarded for achieving outcomesAbout YOU:Friendly and professional psychologist who seeks to work in a multidisciplinary team environmentDesire and motivation to make a change working with clients with multiple complex barriers to employment You will be flexible and adaptable and be able to manage shifting work prioritiesRegistration (or eligible for Registration for Provisional role) as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). Or registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) at Level 2 or above, or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) at Provisional or Clinical level. This role may be suitable for Rehabilitation Counsellor (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors – AsoRC).
