An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dynamic forward thinker who will enjoy working in a vibrant psychology practice. We have a team of 25 Psychologists and 7 administrative staff.

The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of effective psychology treatment, as well as providing a positive experience for the clients in their dealings with the practice. The successful applicant will play an integral part in facilitating smooth operations of the practice.
We are looking for a candidate that is available to work 3 days per week (Wed-Fri). Capacity to pick up extra days when needed would be highly desirable.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Reception duties - meeting and greeting of clients.
- Front desk reception duties, using Pracsuite software.
- Assisting psychologists in the efficient administration of the business.
- Ensuring a positive client experience that meets the standards and values of our practice.
- Intake calls for new client enquires.
- Maintenance of accounting processes for practice income and expenditure using Xero accounting software
- Enduring the smooth running of the practice from an adminstrative perspective
