AddressMeraki Allied Health is a small, community-based Psychology, PBS and Assessment provider looking for someone or a couple of someone's to join our little team!
LOCATION: We currently have practitioners in Mandurah and Forrestfield. We are hoping to find someone who is able to provide services in the Baldivis/Mandurah areas, however are keen to hear from suitable applicants in other locations too.
THE ROLE: We are a young company and are fortunate to be in a position where we can strive to tailor a role that meets your needs. At current we are hoping to recruit someone with a keen interest in assessment services and psychological counselling.
- You will be servicing NDIS and private paying clients..
- You will provide Psychological services and Assessment services (Autism, ADHD, Cognitive Assessments).
- For Registered Psychologists, there is also room to explore service provision for MHCP clientele.
- For applicants with existing PBS registration and experience, you may also choose to provide PBS services
- Whilst Meraki has a focus on working with children and their caregivers, you will also work with adolescents and adults as per demand
- This is a hybrid role. You will work with the client and their support systems in various environments including their home, school and telehealth. We do not have an office, so admin is completed at home.
- Assessments are completed in one of our assessment spaces (currently Baldivis or High Wycombe).
- Client note taking and report writing, including assessment and diagnostic reports, NDIS progress reports, recommendation letters, and behaviour support plans should you wish to do PBS work as well (optional).
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Someone with a strong work ethic, focus on clients, and who values a strengths-based approach to therapy
- Someone comfortable working from home and with autonomy - we don’t have a permanent office
- Experience working with Autistic people/Neurodiversity
- Experience working with children
- NDIS experience
- Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner within the NDIS Commission Framework (desired, not essential)
- Must have a drivers license and vehicle with appropriate insurances
- WWCC or willing to obtain
- AHPRA Registration (Registered or Provisional)
- Provisionals encouraged to apply
