AddressWagtail Therapy provides psychology and positive behaviour support using a neurodiversity affirming approach. This means that we offer individualised therapy that delights in the quirks and interests of each person and their support system.
What the role looks like:
- Your role will be a blend of clinic based (Ardross) and community based.
- You will have a mixed caseload of psychology and positive behaviour support.
- Most of our clients are autistic, ADHD, PDA kids or teens. We also do see adults and the occasional neuro-typical.
- We spend a lot of time working with the system around your client, as well as direct therapy.
- Writing reports as required, mainly NDIS progress reports and behaviour support plans.

- Registered Psychologist salary is $100-120,000 plus super or Casual rate is $100-$120 per hour plus super.
- Provisional Psychologist salary is $80-85,000 plus super or Casual rate is $80 per hour plus super.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a strong belief in the neurodiversity affirming approach.
- Experience working with autistic people, ADHDers and PDAers.
- Preferred experience working with families.
- Preferred experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Registered with AHPRA
