Although you are motivated by excellent treatment outcomes and client satisfaction, you understand the value of having fun, laughing, a good sense of humour and enjoying your interactions at work with clients and team. You embrace self care and self compassion, you value your health, wellbeing, life outside of work and keep a good work/life balance.
You understand the importance of maintaining a cohesive and supportive team and you enjoy and feel inspired by the team you choose to be a part of. Approachable, you use psychological skills to cope when things get stressful to stay calm & grounded. You are clear and consistent in your communications with compassion for others.
