The Company:
GP2U / PSYCH2U Telehealth is Australia's leading provider of online healthcare, delivering video-based GP and specialist consultations.
GP2U / PSYCH2U currently has 1 permanent full-time position or 2 permanent part-time positions available commencing immediately.
The Role:
This role will see you working collectively with a team of Medical Receptionists, supporting and liaising with our 35 contracted Psychologists working both face to face and via telehealth. You will join a collaborative group of individuals who work together to ensure that patients receive excellent customer service and guaranteeing our clinicians receive high quality administrative support.
The Duties
- Receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Assisting patients with appointment bookings and general enquiries
- Assisting GP2U and PSYCH2U clinical staff with enquires
- Assisting patients and clinical staff with technical support
The Ideal Candidate
This role will suit a genuine team player with customer service skills and experience working within the medical space. You will treat patients with empathy and will strive to support doctors to deliver timely care. No job will be too big or too small to ensure the smooth running of this very busy telehealth practice. To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate:
- Well organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Previous Medical Reception experience highly desirable
