SalarySydney Clinical Psychology is looking for one or two friendly, proactive receptionists to work in RPA Medical Centre, Newtown.
Work in a great location with a great team, and be part of a growing, respected Psychology Practice that takes great pride in client care.
The role is permanent part-time, one and half to three days a week, hours 8.30am-5.30pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors, in person or on the telephone
- Answering enquiries
- Providing general assistance to support the clinicians
- General administration and office duties
- Booking and managing appointments
- Invoicing, accepting and processing payments
- Managing client data and correspondence
The successful candidate will have:
- Past experience as a receptionist, ideally in a fast-paced health practice
- Ability to multitask and prioritise client care
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation, and be friendly and efficient
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
If you like a friendly environment where your initiative and team focused approach are appreciated, this could be the job for you. Experience with Genie is an advantage but not essential.
