Darlinghurst Psychologists is looking for a friendly, proactive receptionists to work in Victoria Street, Darlinghurst.

The role is permanent part-time, three days a week, hours 8.30am-5.30pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors, in person or on the telephone
- Answering enquiries
- Providing general assistance to support the clinicians
- General administration and office duties
- Booking and managing appointments
- Invoicing, accepting and processing payments
- Managing client data and correspondence
The successful candidate will have:
- Past experience as a receptionist, ideally in a fast-paced health practice
- Ability to multitask and prioritise client care
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation, and be friendly and efficient
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
