Our vision is that psychotherapy becomes a societal tool, not just for the alleviation of suffering but also for the development of awareness, healing, and growth. We see therapy moving from its current focus on negative states to a more balanced and hopeful view of transcendence and growth whilst also maintaining safety and reducing symptoms.
Our mission is to forward the new models of metacognitive and mentalising practice into clinical practice, through application, supervision and training.
