The Role:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the establishment.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or similar setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, motivation, and staff development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff effectively.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Keen eye for detail - the little things matter
• Experience in all pub management facets - food, beverage and gaming
