Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the pub's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial oversight.
- Management of entertainment
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the premises.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the pub staff.
- Oversee the gaming area, including gaming machines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimising revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensee in a similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in gaming management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- A thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legal requirements.
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
