About the Position:
This is a part time employee position of 20 hours per week. Field Marketing is where the rubber meets the road. It's the strategy and tactics of real-world person-to-person interactions, where new sales opportunities are created and strong partnerships are built. To support our growing team, we're looking for a highly organized person who can do the hands-on work of managing logistics for our many events.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing Marketing campaigns that drive to specific goals, are measurable, and comprehensive - from digital to live event experience and everything in between
- Assist Field Marketing Managers by securing suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget
- Manage all supporting logistics for field events, including printing, promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving
- Manage event scheduling and coordinate participants' calendars
- Attend field events when needed
- Facilitate lead gathering and reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in marketing or hospitality/event management
- Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously
- Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willing to do more than expected
- Prior experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Some travel (20%) required
