About the role
In the pivotal role of Public Affairs Team Assistant at Maurice Blackburn, you are the linchpin driving operational excellence. Your mission is to provide unparalleled administrative support to the GM of Public Affairs, ensuring a seamless blend of professionalism and precision. Picture yourself as the curator of flawlessly executed meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules that seamlessly harmonise with our corporate cadence.
In this dynamic position, your skill set encompasses mastery of diaries, polished communication, and finesse in cultivating key relationships. You stand as the gatekeeper, contributing to the meticulous preparation of meetings, elevating the standards of operational efficiency.
Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the efficiency and success of our Public Affairs team at Maurice Blackburn.
The experience we are looking for:
- Experience as a Team Assistant within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, showcasing mastery in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Consummate professional excelling in interpersonal dynamics, adept at fostering meaningful relationships across all organisational levels.
- Communication prowess marked by finesse in conflict resolution and the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences, seamlessly aligning with elevated legal standards.
- Demonstrated organisational acumen and impeccable time management skills, highlighting mastery in independently multitasking-a crucial skill set within the nuanced legal environment.
