You will be a Defendant personal injury lawyer at the Senior Associate level who would like to join a Government Health Liability Team and undertake Public Law Litigation.
Your new role
Provide advice on liability, apportionment and quantum in civil claims against health agencies and/or individual health practitioners . With an ability to analyse complex medico-legal issues , you will be able to assess risks and formulate legal solutions. Supervise others on personal injury damages assessments.
Experience in coronial investigations and inquests will be an advantage.
Joining a Government Health Liability team where you will be able to utilise your Defendant personal injury experience and undertake Public Law Litigation in a different scenario to the norm.
