The Company
Our client is a multi-discipline firm that offers a full range of financial services to SME’s across diverse industries including Business Advisory, SMSF strategies, Accounting & Tax, and Virtual CFO.
The Opportunity
As an inspirational leader you will inspire your team to do great work while working across a diverse client group. You will have a strong technical proficiency in tax & consulting & modelling engagements.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Manage a portfolio of $1mil+
- Lead, mentor and support the accounting team, fostering both individual and team growth
- Create, maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Identify client business performance issues and offer value-added services
- Drive innovation and growth within the company
About You
- Degree qualified
- CA/CPA qualified
- 10+ years’ experience of Australian Public Practice experience with extensive experience as a manager
- Excellent software skills
- Superior time management skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor accountants at all levels
- Exhibit strong understanding of Australian
