As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic Public Relations initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation, Arron Sansoni Group the company, as well as Aaron Sansoni the person. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to promote ASG goals and initiatives, including those related to Aaron Sansoni's personal brand.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align PR strategies with overall marketing and communication objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for successful campaign execution.
Media Relations:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals to secure coverage and build a positive organisational and personal image for Aaron Sansoni.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to targeted media outlets.
• Monitor media coverage online and prepare reports for senior management.
Media Presence Enhancement:
• Devote special attention to enhancing the public profile of Aaron Sansoni through targeted media engagement strategies.
• Identify and secure opportunities for Aaron Sansoni to be featured in high-profile media outlets, podcasts, articles, and industry publications.
• Proactively pitch story ideas, thought leadership pieces, and interviews that showcase Aaron Sansoni's expertise and contributions.
• Collaborate with media professionals to position Aaron Sansoni as a go-to expert in the “Empire Building” field, amplifying both his personal brand and the success of ASGI.
Reputation Management:
• Regularly monitor media channels to identify potential reputational risks and emerging crises.
• Stay informed about industry trends and anticipate issues that may impact the organisation's reputation. Develop and implement proactive strategies to address potential crises effectively.
• Craft comprehensive crisis communication plans, including key messaging and media response protocols.
Content Creation:
• Create compelling content for press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain a repository of key messages and communication materials.
Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
• Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Internal Communication:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and messaging across all departments.
• Provide guidance on effective communication strategies to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Public Relations, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with media relations, crisis management, and social media strategies.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
