Pan Macmillan Australia is looking for a Publicity Assistant with an interest in book publishing and media
to join the busy department. You will work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The successful
candidate will be responsible for extensive administrative support for the department and will play a role
in the publicity campaigns execution.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess strong IT skills, have a focus on
attention to detail, and be someone who is able to work independently to strict deadlines. Being a
self-starter who is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise and stay calm is essential, as
well as enjoying a passion for books and working collaboratively as part of a team.
This is an entry level role and a full time position based in Sydney.
