Purchasing Inventory Cataloguer for Mining Company - Flexible Working / Work from Home
This mining company has an urgent requirement for a Purchasing and Inventory Cataloguer to What's required in the role:
Creation of materials/Service Masters using standard transaction and bulk upload tools
Ability to work quickly, consistently, and accurately
Perform data analysis (often with limited information)
Ability to produce consistent and accurate information in the systems efficiently
Planning and prioritisation of multiple tasks often across multiple projects
Ability to manage a project plan and communicate about changes, status and improvements
Assist in the development of data standards, templates and training packages as required
Skills:
Sound communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
Advanced Microsoft skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
SAP skills
Process Definition
Supply Chain and Purchasing
Experience
Commercial experience - familiar with vendors in the industry and the quotation process
Proficient in data manipulation
ERP Optimisation/bulk uploading of data
Organisational experience
This role is based in Perth CBD with working from home a couple of days a week. This is a long-term ongoing contract.
