HOBAN is thrilled to present a Temp-Perm opportunity for a dynamic Purchasing & Contracts Administrator based in Kings Park. Our client is a renowned player in factory automation, linear technology, and electric drive & controls used globally. Role Overview: This role is responsible for managing commercial Supply Chain and Supplier contracts within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
Review & negotiation of NDA's, commercial Terms & Conditions, Account Applications, and Quality Agreements
Engage in supplier development and negotiation
Review & evaluation, negotiation & execution of supplier contracts, terms and conditions, and Quality Agreements
Record keeping, monitoring, and change management of supplier contracts
Assist National Supply Chain Manager and Senior Buyer in contracts management practices, review and update of existing supplier agreements, schedule review cycles in line with central directive policies and procedures
Provide support in relation to contract management enquires
Provide support in the preparation of RFQ, Tender preparation, collation, mail out through to assessment and recommendation
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
Obtain and assess quotes consistent with the Company's approved supplier list
Maintaining supplier portfolios and price lists
Interact with internal departments, gather requirements throughout the business
Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly
Salary is based around $75,000+ super per annum.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, we are seeking a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a contracts administration role, along with SAP System experience and understanding. Advanced Excel Skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also desired but not essential to apply.
