ABOUT THE ROLE…Assist in the procurement and delivery of new and used vehicles nationally. The role includes the purchasing of vehicles at the best possible price and availability via the preferred Dealer Network or supplier requested by the customer. It is also responsible for actively managing open orders through to delivery to ensure internal and external deadlines are met, and vehicles are delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Ensuring purchase orders are created within KPI timeframes
- Ensuring vehicle deliveries are carried out efficiently with accurate and timely communications to customers (internal and external) and the supplying dealer/manufacturer
- Ensuring documentation provided to and received from the supplying dealer is accurate and in accordance with the SG Fleet order prior to approving payment of invoices
- To understand and assist with all processes in the purchasing team including but not limited to quoting, ordering, deliveries, invoicing and supplier management.
- Ensuring the customer complaint handling process is followed and that the KPIs are being met.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou are self-motivated with a genuine interest in the fleet services industry. You are looking to develop your skills within administration and to build upon your previous customer service experience. You will be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing as well as having strong numerical skills. You will have demonstrated data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
