In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, manage procurement and supplier relationships, oversee inventory and warehouse operations, and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Base salary: $40 per hour
• Potential to earn bonuses for meeting KPIs

Key Responsibilities:Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor and Manager to manage production plans and schedules.
• Address supply constraints and identify risk mitigation strategies.

Procurement and Supplier Management:

• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate the best prices.
• Manage supplier pricing in the database and source alternative suppliers when needed.
• Purchase inventory to meet production and sales requirements.

Inventory and Warehouse Management:

• Oversee the stock-taking process and manage warehouse stock levels.
• Handle inter-warehouse transfers, buffer stocks, use-by dates, and stock rotation.
• Optimise raw material inventory levels.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyse daily variances for weekly reporting.
• Continuously improve processes.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience working in Switchboard Manufacturing environment
• Forklift ticket (HRW -LF)
• Current drivers licence
