- $45/hr
- Temp to perm - all annual leave/sick pay included for the whole time
- Mon – Fri 07:00-15:06 (with ½ lunch 12:30-13:00) 38hr week.
- Overtime available
- Provide purchasing function to ISO 9001:2018 Standard.
- Process purchase requisitions & purchase orders.
- Process goods receipts and dispatches as required.
- Review supplier service and price arrangements without favour.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers & contractors.
- Process inventory issue & return dockets.
- Perform stock-takes as required.
- Maintain store and contents to conform, and provide for, PME’s EHQMS requirements.
- Maintain stock levels in accordance with the minimum/maximum system.
- Maintain & control tool & inventory store to ISO 9001:2018 Standard.
- Control non-inventory items as required.
- Assist staff with purchasing requirements/process.
- Enable review and improvements of stock control system.
- Provide for storage and handling of customer owned equipment.
- Ensure receipt, identification, and traceability of metal stocks.
- Provide regular testing and inspection of lifting, measuring, and testing.
- Previous experience using a computerised purchasing & stores system.
- Proven knowledge of purchasing procedures & controls.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work with a minimum level of supervision.
- Good communication skills.
