· Superannuation Co-Contribution Scheme available· 17.5% Annual Leave loading· $151,114 + SuperAbout the role:Lead the continual improvement of the Quality Management Frameworks that ensure the provision of safe drinking water and safe disposal and reuse of wastewater resources.As a Framework Management Team Leader, you will support the Quality Management Frameworks that ensure the provision of safe drinking water and safe disposal of wastewater and provide leadership and strategic direction to the development and implementation of current state and future process improvement and change initiatives.This is a full-time fixed term/acting opportunity from 10th June 2024 – 1st May 2026.What the role will involve:Review existing processes and procedures, recommend and lead changes and initiatives to continually improve water and wastewater safety.Lead the provision of annual reports for the Drinking Water and Wastewater Quality Processes to inform customer understanding of their Drinking Water Quality and Wastewater Quality.Lead continual improvement of the comprehensive Business Management System for the Manage Drinking Water Quality and Manage Wastewater Quality Processes, including structure, documentation, maintenance, and procedures.Manage effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Lead internal audit processes to demonstrate compliance with the Frameworks.Key skills and experience:· Minimum of a Tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific or engineering field· Substantial professional engineering/scientific experience including experience in water.· Considerable experience in the application of quality management systems and an understanding of compliance requirements of quality management processes· Demonstrated business related experience in a large multi-disciplined organisation, including developing and applying strategy, and planning and implementing business and governance processes.· Strong stakeholder and relationship management, liaison and influencing skills.Love the sound of the role but what else is on offer?Flexible work options.Annual leave loading of 17.5%.A company that advocates for mental health and wellbeing, we offer 2 paid Well-being Leave days per 12 months of service for time off to tend to your mental health and wellbeing.
