About the role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring that Movinghub’s services are of high quality and are reliable. This role involves analysis of current and potential areas of service issues and addressing these through testing and monitoring of service quality. The QA Analyst is a key part in maintaining and enhancing the customer experience, raising the standard of service.

- Designing and executing comprehensive test plans
- Identifying and documenting issues, and brainstorming solutions
- Collaborating across teams for input to resolve service issues
- Improving the overall software development process
- Creating strategies and processes for tests, documenting the protocols
- Upholding user expectations, investigating customer feedback and areas of service dissatisfaction
- Analysing statistical data and test results, identifying trends indicative of issues
- Performing regular quality assurance audits, making recommendations
- Reporting and informing management of analysis findings and testing plans
About you:
Ideally you will have the following:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyse/identify opportunities for improvement and makes suggestions for change

Essential criteria for the role:
- Must be currently based in Australia with unrestricted Australian work rights
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and automated testing tools and languages like Selenium
- Strong oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role
- Experience designing and executing test cases for web, API and mobile applications
- Experience performing Integration, Regression, Implementation, System and Performance testing
