About the role:
This is a permanent role.
This role will report directly to the QA Manager your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and verifying the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Conducting internal and external audits, GMP inspections, verification, and validation of processes
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
- Managing non-conforming products
- Training staff in all aspects of food safety and quality
- Preparing samples for external testing
- Sensory evaluation as required.
- Verifying processes and records
- Tertiary qualification in food chemistry/food science preferable
- 2+ years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing
- Experience in BRC, SQF
- Sensory experience is advantageous.
- Experience in regulations with international markets is advantageous.
- Good communication
- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
