Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a
Public Health Development Coordinator to join our Gippsland Region
Public Health Unit (GRPHU) on a part time basis for 24months.The GRPHU is led and coordinated by Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is one of nine local
Public Health units across Victoria working closely with the Department of Health in a state-wide system of
Public Health delivery and response. GRPHU works throughout the Gippsland region across the
Public Health pillars of prevention, protection and promotion.The
Public Health Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting operational process development and continuous improvement activities for the delivery of quality place-based
Public Health that improves the health of the Gippsland region.LRH employees enjoy access to:

We are looking for candidates with:- A tertiary degree in health science, nursing, medicine, or related Public Health field
- Strong knowledge of Public Health principles
- Experience in implementing change in a complex environment and the ability to articulate a vision to engage others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
