We're looking for a QA Governance Consultant to join the team. This role exists to promote a culture of quality assurance that is founded on the pursuit of authentic results, a genuine representation of the customer experience and actual claims costs in Technology and Operations (T&O). The QA Governance Consultant role provides independent oversight and assurance that the Quality framework is working as expected in T&O.
What you'll do
- Design and implementation and review of the QA framework to ensure it addresses key T&O operational business and risk metrics
- Planning and coordination of the QA pipeline / program of work including:
- Design and implementation of new (and enhancements to existing) QA activity
- The schedule of reviews completed by Service Provider to T&O
- Quality activity completed via Artificial Intelligence
- Oversight and monitoring of the execution of the framework
- Liaise with Risk and Compliance ensuring all QA frameworks are in line with GI standards
- Promote and foster highly effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Senior Reporting & Insights Advisors to provide actionable insights to the business
- Support the team to achieve team values and goals
- Experience in Insurance, preferably across more than one function
- Proven experience in quality assurance
- Experience in risk, audit, and a partnered environment is preferred
- Interpterion of information and confidence to make decisions
- Knowledge of Obligations and Regulatory requirements and how they apply to Quality
