The Role
We are looking for Contract Management Specialists that can support and oversee Defence Contracts. You will work as an embedded member of the client and pFour team. You'll be able to work flexibly from home and at our client offices in Sydney!
Key duties will include:
- Timely development of Contract Management documentation in accordance with Defence needs
- Ensure schedules and records are managed and accurately updated
- Contribute to the development of improved performance within the procurement and contract administration function
- Work with stakeholders to understand Contract Management timeframes and support knowledge transfer
- Provide assistance in a range of planning, data analysis, tendering and contract activities
- Ensure compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures whilst identifying and mitigating contractual risks
- Ensure knowledge transfer to Defence staff.
About you
We are seeking candidates that have demonstrated experience in Defence Procurement and Contract Management. Due to the immediate start, you will need a current AGSVA clearance, Baseline is fine.
Critically we are seeking adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to roll your sleeves up, engage people and drive procurement actions in a timely manner whilst working from home with sometime on the client site (Sydney).
