Qa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal food safety and quality in compliance with legislative requirements.
• Lead site-based internal auditing teams, standardising procedures.
• Implement Food Safety and Quality Culture procedures for safe product production.
• Drive microbiological analysis and evaluation within designated areas.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in food processing and distribution
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP
• Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
