The Position:
We are taking expressions of interest for experienced Site Supervisors, QA QC Concrete Technicians and Project Engineers to join our team on an exciting new project in regional South Australia.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and established business that values its staff, invests in their professional development and rewards generously.
Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster, you will be part of an onsite project team providing QA QC oversight with a key focus on safety, budget, schedule and quality.
Selection Criteria:
Whilst there will be on-the-job training, the successful applicant will ideally have:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a trade qualification and background;
- Current Working at Heights certificate;
- Project management/supervision qualification (desirable);
- 7+ years' experience in a site supervision or project engineering role in the ports or resources sector;
- Understanding/experience on major construction projects;
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in their work;
- Open unrestricted Australian drivers licence;
- MSIC (highly advantageous);
- Be currently residing in Australia;
- Have Citizenship, Permanent Residency or unrestricted working rights;
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
