Qa Specialist

We've got an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive output and provide extensive knowledge of the industry and operational environment, conducting cyclical and risk-based audits to identify non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.The Quality Assurance Team is focused on monitoring activities in Commercial and Intermediated Insurance.What you'll do

• Support monitoring and supervision QA solutions that meet the business requirements and align with strategy and standards.
• Suggest alternative solutions to a given issue focusing on business needs.
• Assist in the early identification and escalation of incidents through education.
• Support new projects and initiatives and participate in continuous improvement of QA programs.
• Ensure appropriate processes and procedures are in place to drive two-way communication and outputs, applying support tools such as analytics and reporting.

What you'll bring

• Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, risk & Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of the Workers Compensation Insurance Schemes.
• Previous experience developing Analytical solutions and courses of action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
