Skills:
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology, disciplines and procedures, and evidence, or ability, to help / guide others on processes
- Has thorough understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle
- Hands on experience in Quality Engineering
- Proven ability to execute and improve Quality Engineering by implementing automation and
other related tools.
- Proven ability to execute technology solutions (by

- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a functional
area/Chapter - development, quality assurance or
delivery management
- Ability to understand new technology

organisation Desired Technical skills:
- Experience in c#, Java or any Object oriented programming language
- Good understanding of Test Automation concepts via selenium, appium, rest sharp.
- Experience with cloud based hosting & SaaS solutions including MS Azure & Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with mobile app (Native & Hybrid)Integration and Frontend Testing
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards for visibility .
- Experience running and support critical business systems in production

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing quality across the internal and customer facing mobile apps within Endeavour.
- Responsible for ensuring full participation of all Chapter members in the delivery of value through the Tribal Model
- Responsible for the application and facilitation of Continuous Improvement practices to improve quality, operational stability of our systems within their Capability area
- Work with the Practice Lead to define the required capability across the delivery squads and take ownership of establishing this through development, training, coaching etc.
- Works with Product Managers & Delivery Leads, and if necessary, management team, to remove impediments from the Chapter function
- Stay abreast of work allocated to squads to understand improvement possibilities, and challenges facing chapter members
- Setting objectives for the Chapter and reporting using defined standards
- Reinforcing of Endeavour’s Agile & Scrum values and principles
- Responsible for ensuring Chapter norms and standards are understood and
followed by their members
- Enables close cooperation across all Practices & Chapters in Endeavour
- Participates when required Inception workshops, to enable decomposition and
planning
- Coach Chapter Members in the capability discipline to be empowered and
self-organised
- Assists Tribes & Squads when they require recruitment and/or growing of Chapter
aligned capabilities
- Actively coach, mentor, support & upskill Chapter Members to improve
performance, reinforce continuous improvement and guide career progression
- Facilitate discussion to resolve conflict within the Chapter
- Maintains connection with external industry developments for potential
opportunities in capability development
