About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management with a focus on risk-based data management, risk analysis, risk reporting, risk mitigation, compliance, and governance within a complex, dynamic and highly regulated operating environment, including the analysis and building of data quality measures, thresholds, rules and controls to measure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of risk monitoring.
- Ability to rapidly acquire the skills to design and build the risk management review/oversight program for the second line of defence.
- Demonstrated stakeholder skills, including coordination of key programs of work within the governance, risk and compliance architecture with the gravitas and skills to enhance and challenge ways of working and provide risk-informed leadership.
- Highly developed written communication skills, together with MS Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and other relevant applications to support risk-based data management/analysis and visualisation. Excellent ability to analyse data and build visualisation tools from quantitative and qualitative data sets.
- Ability to apply knowledge and experience to the development of the CCC policy and operating procedures and enabling data driven and risk-based decision-making across the agency.
