- Establishment of QPP Program: Spearheaded the creation of the QPP program for Goodstart, including the development of program guidelines and governance processes, aligned to Queensland Government requirements
- Data Integrity and Assurance: Implement robust internal controls and assurance processes to ensure the validity and accuracy of all QPP data
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholder groups to meet QPP operational objectives
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage strong communication skills to foster collaborative relationships externally, serving as an ambassador for Goodstart and the early learning sector
- Partnership Management Processes: Establish effective partnership management processes, ensuring clear commitments, sustainable delivery mechanisms, and robust documentation
- Evaluation and Reflection: Led ongoing evaluation of partnership arrangements to maximise effectiveness for both Goodstart and its partners
- Government Funding Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government funding guidelines and processes related to the QPP.
- Capacity Building: Continually seek to build knowledge and expertise, coaching managers through funding processes and sharing insights with others

- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, or similar
- Previous experience in establishment of government scholarships
- Knowledge of/previous experience in grants and grants administration systems and processes
- Experience in project or program management
- Proven ability to manage set budgets, monitor expenditure and produce proficient reporting
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading organisational initiatives/programs designed to strengthen learning and pathways for participants
- Valid Working with Children Check Card (relevant to state or territory)
- Current Police Clearance
