Ultimately we are searching for an individual who is experienced in making and baking sourdough bread. Other skills required are management of a bake off which includes, baking bread & pastry, packing and exceptional time management to ensure timely deliveries to our wholesale customers.
Applicants will posses the ability to work as a part of the team, to give direction and take direction when required. Bringing innovation and creativity, attention to detail, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation as well as an ability to share ideas.
All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years proven industry experience in an artisan bakery setting (working at a commercial capacity) and be available 4-5 days per week (up to 38hrs). The position is casual with the potential for full time work for applicants with the right experience.
