Position for Qualified Baker to join a passionate team at King Street Bakery, King Street, Bowen Hills, 4006
Salaried position: $75,000 - $85,000 P.A.
A unique opportunity awaits the right candidate to work in a professional environment and kitchen facilities in a state of the art kitchen serving high standard breads and pastries leading a team of likeminded professionals.
You will need to possess an in depth strong knowledge in baking, have a professional work ethic and excellent standard of consistency in your approach to your work.
The successful applicant will have strong knowledge in a range of pastry applications and be able to work well in a team of local and international bakers.
Above award salary and entitlements able to be negotiated for the right candidate

Experience as artisan baker having at least sound knowledge various dough applications, hand forming various shapes also experience in viennoiserie is an advantage but not necessary
