We are an artisanal wholesale bakery on the main street of Grafton, we have been operating successfully for the past 5 years. Recently we opened a second outlet in a nearby shopping centre. We currently have a great production team but need another trade qualified to help lead the staff through production.
Qualifications & experience
MUST BE TRADE QUALIFIED
Experienced in hot bread shop style bread, cakes, pies, sour dough an advantage
We are looking for at least 2 years industry experience
Must be technical minded, with a hands-on attitude.
Must be hard working, reliable, punctual, capable of driving your small motivated team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Work with apprentice and trade assistants to make bread cakes pies etc for 2 shops + small wholesale
Ensure all pastry products are prepared and baked according to the specific store requirements.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the full product range.
Follow and adhere to recipe specifications.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements of food hygiene regulations.
Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to at all times.
