Baked Culture is an Artisan bakery located in Wauchope NSW 2444.
We specialize in Sourdough breads, hand rolled croissants and pastries.
We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients and traditional baking methods. Our bakery wholesales to over 22 cafes and restaurants around the mid north coast. We have a small and fast-paced team that takes pride in their work.
We offer hands on training and off-site training opportunities to the right dedicated person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing and shaping doughs.
- Operating ovens.
- Mixing and balling cookies.
- Mixing croissant dough.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified baker OR second-year apprentice with sourdough experience.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
