The Role
We are recruiting experienced Bakers who have proven experience with artisan breads to to join our Head Baker, Brendon Woodward, and his team to deliver our excellent and well-loved product to our community. Our boulangerie operates 7 days a week, from 7am to 6pm so this will largely be an early morning and daytime role and will be focused on bread production, so we are only seeking candidates with bread experience.
We will also consider qualified Pastry Chefs for roles within the operations.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in the baking industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience in artisan breads
- Great bakery/patisserie product knowledge
- Great time management skills
