Our growing business is currently searching for motivated and driven individuals for the below roles;
- Qualified Butchers who have a passion for food service and meat industry with attention to detail and professionalism .
Roles include: Portion Control cutting, sausage experience and saw experience will be preferred. - Knife Hands and Boners with previous meat or hospitality industry experience in dicing, portioning and general butchering.
- All rounders to aid with our processing room duties. No prior experience needed, just motivation and enthusiasm to learn and train on the job!
Each of the roles we are looking for have specific skills and responsibilities attached to them. Our main focus is to attract candidates that are reliable, hardworking and have a willingness to learn and grow. Perfect candidates include Butchers and chefs looking for a change of scenery.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Experience using all butchering equipment including saws, sausage fillers, smokers and labelers.
- Ability to work in all areas across the business.
- Must have your own transport and license.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing various meat products, trimming and portioning.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Weighing and packaging various meat products
- Keeping records and inventory control
